We generally require a PhD or equivalent academic standing, though we may consider exceptional experience or publication history on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"2020\" data-start=\"1714\"><strong data-end=\"1741\" data-start=\"1714\">Voices from the Academy<\/strong>These articles are written by active BSA members and selected based on thoughtfulness, clarity, and community engagement\u2014not academic credentials.
